The location is great, just a short walk from Cong Vien Hoa Ha Long, the bed is really comfortable, and the room is cozy.

The hotel staff is reasonably good and helpful. It boasts a beautiful and favourable location; next to Cristina Diamond Cruise, more secluded areas, and activities seemed rushed, morning tai chi did n't eventuate, there.

All in all everything was good, had a great stay with so many activities. Surprisingly spacious room, climate control, a private safe, and cable television were a nice surprise.

We had an exceptional two-day trip with Cristina Cruise to Bai Tu Long Bay. The boat was well maintained with decent interiors and a casual setup. We enjoyed relaxing on the sundeck, having late-night drinks, and chatting with fellow travelers. The staff were accommodating and helpful, always available for any assistance we needed. The area of Bai Tu Long Bay was less crowded than Halong Bay, allowing us to truly enjoy the epic scenery. Our guide, Hoi Lucky, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took care of all our needs. From being on time for pick-up to handling everything during the trip, he made our experience truly memorable.

Convenient location near the water made it easy to reach all the main sights. No complaints at all, the trip was really enjoyable! 😊

The room amenities including air conditioning, balcony, and a sitting area were perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great including the bar/lounge area, restaurant, and Wi-Fi. In the morning, we had a wonderful breakfast to start the day.
